Two chambers that appear separate reveal themselves as a single infinite mirrored space. Built as the artist’s BA diploma work, Private Conversation stages the passage from introspection to the surprise of meeting another person inside the same endless reflection.

The work introduced the Infinite Box module - a mirrored chamber with 112 white LEDs - that would later structure Portal and In-Between. More than 2,000 visitors experienced it in five days.
