Short description: Young festival focused on developing an ecosystem of local light artists, attract professionals, and educate the public regarding contemporary art in public spaces. The selected artworks that are presented in both the public and private space come with stories meant to bring out the need for awareness in different problematic areas. Both foreign and local artists are invited to transform Cluj-Napoca into a huge open air contemporary art gallery.
